Currently I am trying to upgrade our Kentico instance from 10 to 11. However, When I am executing the CodeUpgrade.exe, the result is quite confusing. The result as follows:

I am not sure what should I do with the instructions, since it points to Kentico built-in pages. When I compare those pages with a fresh Kentico 10 instance, those pages are exactly the same. So, no customization to those pages.
Any assistance will be appreciated.

The Data.com integration stopped working as of 1st September 2016, because Data.com terminated third party access to their API. So, the mentioned pages will be removed by the upgrade to Kentico 11. So, you do not need to worry about those.
