Changing timezone for Version control in Kentico 9?

Hosting Kentico 9in Azure, it appears the version control timestamp timezone is UTC. Does anyone know if and where to change this to local timezone? Just did event now (8:27AM local time and showing 12:27PM in version control.

All time zones on the site are set per the instructions.. Image Text

All users are set with their appropriate time zone as well. But all forms submissions, blog posts, and the versioning control is still using UTC.

As a note, changing server or site time zone has no effect on the time recorded values we are needing tracked.
