By default, the breadcrumb uses the alias path for the page as URL which would be /folderpath + page name.
If you want to change that behavior to something else, one thing you can try without changing any code is go to the Properties tab of "led" > Navigation. For the Menu Action section, select URL redirection, and enter /Productlist?category=led there then test to see what happens.
