Changes are not saved kentico 10

I'm trying to remove a hyperlink from text. I do editing in the Forms tab. I removed the hyperlink on the Forms tab. I save the changes and publish it. But the changes do not appear anywhere in the admin panel (Page tab, preview) and the changes do not appear on the live site. Changes are only saved in the Form tab. I cleared the cache. What could be the reasons for this error?

Aside from cache issues, it could be that the page template being used isn't pulling data from the content type's form tab. It could be getting that data from another place or it may be hard coded. I'd suggest checking the configuration of the page template to find out more.
