Change landing page

If user loged into a kentico portal engine then he first redirect to CMSAdministration.aspx page after a logged in ,how can user redirect to a different page instead of CMSAdministration.aspx page after he loged in to a kentico portal engine. Please suggest any way to achieve this thing. ???

On the user general tab, you can set their Starting alias path to whatever you'd like. So if this means setting them to an /Admin/CMSAdministration.aspx#GUID HERE page then you can do that. OR if you want to take them specifically to a page in the content tree on the public side, enter that relative URL.
