I have multiply Kentico sites across different servers, and mulitple instances of Kentico. Can all of the on-line marketing automation / Email Marketing be manage by one site?

David, sorry you cannot do that. Multiple site within the same instance of Kentico can be managed together. But with separated instances, you can't manage them together as each instance uses its own database to store data.
