I am using simple captcha in my project developed in Kentico 12. it's working fine on dev server but when we deployed to stage server some time captcha image is loading and some time not loading it display broken image.
Is this in the Admin interface or on your live site? Are you using MVC or Portal Engine? What is the image error? A 404 or something else? Perhaps anything in the Event Log
