Cannot select .NET Framework 4.5 / 4.5.1

I am trying to install Kentico 8.2 (KIM) but when it comes to selecting the .NET Framework version. The option ".NET Framework 4.5 / 4.5.1" is disabled.

Anyone have the same issue? Is there a way to fix this issue?

Have you ran the upgrade on your actual Kentico install to upgrade the files like the KIM and KIT? You can do this by performing an upgrade on a site and at the end, just select the upgrade system files only.

Hi Brenden,

I started by setup a Kentico website (as in .NET 4.0) then I ran KIM again to upgrade/Hitfix on that website. I cannot see any option to select "system file only". Did I do it correctly?

Hi Brenden,

I have to uninstall the Kentico from my PC and re-install again. Now I can select that option.
