Cannot create new form

You need to get a hold of a global admin to give you rights to add a new form.

I am the only admin....

What does it say when you hover over the button?

Are you using the Free version? As that will limit you to only 1 form.

Just had a red circle with a line through it. No its not free version, I have 36 other forms already and I can modify change any of them still...

In case it's not solved yet can you check you're permission level in the Users module:

If you can't reach that module or see other users grayed-out you might have not sufficient permissions and need a Global Administrator as Brenden suggested.

Them you no longer have access to the forms application. You need an administrator to update your permissions.

Indeed it was a permission setting, our vendor accidentally disabled.
