Can't save content in Kentico 8.1

Hi all,

After I update my Kentico from 7 to 8 then 8 to 8.1, I can not save content after I updated. I got error:

An error occurred when saving data. Please see event log for more details.
Message: Object reference not set to an instance of an object.

Exception type: System.NullReferenceException

at CMS.FormControls.CMSDocumentManager.SaveDocumentInternal(String actionContext)

I figure out a topic mentioned about this error and "Juraj Ondrus" said "It will be fixed in the hotfix 8.1.1". So please suggest for me a best solution.
