We are using the web analytics on the website: www.alhayat.com to display page views and also ranking, however on our SQL server the cpu is running very high all the time, we have caching setup on the website, but would hitting the analytics table all the time from our queries in the webpart stop the caching to work, for example on the home page a webpart would have a cache of 15 miuntes but the web analytics run every minute, so would this cause the page not to cache properly ?

even if your are using page caching or web part caching, Kentico web analytics will work and will not harm your caching settings.
