Azeri - Azerbaijan, Latin (az-Latn-AZ) site culture error 500

Hello, Faced with the problem of when to add a new culture Azeri - Azerbaijan, Latin (az-Latn-AZ) for the site occurs portal template error. I tried to add a similar culture Serbian - Serbia, Latin or Uzbek - Uzbekistan, Latin they are working correctly. Somebody faced such problem?

Looks like you may have a dll mismatch issue here. Your screenshot shows version 7.0.103 and your tag shows 7.50 (which I'm guessing might be 7.0.50). Check the version of you dll in the bin directory and make sure it is the same version (7.0.103) as your website.
