Amazon S3 is external storage is not workin not working afte

Hello Support,

I am not use Amazon s3 external after all setting & follow the instruction. i am getting stucked in this . [AccountInfo.AccountInfo]: The specified Amazon S3 bucket does not exist.

getting the above issue.

please help me out on this.

Hi, According to the description, we think that most possible reason is incorrect setup in web.config file. Could you please verify whether you have it configured according to documentation?
