Allowed child page types.

Hi, I am trying to set up a lightbox webpart on a template in our Kentico site.

I run into an issue when i try to upload images to the file tree - when i click "+" to add a new file in the desired folder, i do not get an option to add File (CMS.file). I get an error SAYING "The current page cannot contain any child pages. Either its page type has no allowed child types or the page type scope applied to this page has no allowed page types."

I have checked that the allowed child page type is selected under Page types > Allowed types and Page types > Scopes is set to allow all types.

Any help would be appreciated.

Hi Glen,

try looking at the setting under Page types -> Sites. Your site should be in the list for the page type to show in the Pages' content tree dialog.

Thank guys - I was having the same issue with imported page types. They were not assigned to the site.
