how to add or remove pages permission for Business Role?
Certain child pages are need to be add/remove permission need

There are 4 pages in my site. Home, About us, services and contact us page

Home, services and contact us page no need to create, delete and modify permission

Under "About us" page only need permission for create and delete

Busines Role: Permission are modified on unchecked the Create,delete and modify

Have you checked the Deny column for given permissions? I would recommend reading the documentation on permissions.
