I have created a new page type. I have some users who can create the new pages. I don't want this users have access to dashboard, instead I want to create a new page where users can add the new pages after lo gin. I also have a published flag so the main admin login into dashboard and see the list of all pages added and after checking them out just set the published flag so the page must be added to the published pages in the website. I have no idea what is the best practice for doing this job.
Check out the User Contribution webpart, it will allow you to do just this without having to be in the Admin UI.
Thanks Brenden, That's great. Just wondering, is there any functionality to stop direct publishing and let admin read content first and then publish it.
As long as you have that node and children in workflow, you can have that review process.
