Creating Licensed Addon - Like WebParts, Modules etc. Getting HRESULT: 0x80131040
I am trying to create Licensed Webpart. I am embedding the webpart into a different web application project and referenced Kentico DLL's to it. The DLL is created Sucessfully but while I am trying to use that DLL within Kentico application it is prompting some error like "Could not load file or assembly 'CMS.UIControls, Version=6.0.4297.34209, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=834b12a258f213f9' or one of its dependencies. The located assembly's manifest definition does not match the assembly reference. (Exception from HRESULT: 0x80131040".

Can you please suggest me some fix for this issue ?
I am referencing the same DLL's but I don't know why i am getting this error.
