Hi,

I believe you have received our comments on this question via email communication, so just to repeat for others who may be interested:

There are no built in connectors or module available since it always requires lots of customization according to specific client's needs. Some of our partners were able to integrate Kentico CMS with known systems with no bigger issues, since Kentico CMS is standard ASP.Net web project and our API is wide open.

We haven't heard of any specific integrations with SugarCRM; however many clients integrated KenticoCMS with Salesforce and MS Dynamic CRM. In the pending release of Kentico CMS v6.0, there will also be a new Kentico CMS Integration Bus that will make the integration of Kentico and other 3rd party applications much easier.

Integration providers will be able to connect to provide synchronization with external systems. You will be able to register your own connectors to synchronize the changes either synchronously or asynchronously anywhere you want.

So then the decision is rather on which CRM does your client prefer.

After discussion with devs, I have to say that currently, there is no available example for Integration BUS usage.
I'm sorry for the inconvenience.

We will all have to wait for more info after the version 6 (and complete documentation) is released. I will try to keep you updated.

RE:CRM and Kentico integration

Hi,
Now that version 6 is released and the documentation is up I still don't see an example of the Integration Bus. Perhaps I am not looking in the right place. We have built integrations with Microsoft CRM and Navision and have another project happening right now. As you can imagine it would be good to evaluate the Integration Bus now considering we will be using Kentico 6 for the build.

The Integration Guide. It's still under development and should be finished by the end of October, anyway there's already an article about enabling sample integration connector inside - devnet.kentico.com/docs/6_0/integrationguide/enabling_the_sample_integration_connector.htm
