Abuse Report Notifications
Hello

When an Abuse Report is created by someone, could there be a new option to automatically email someone with the details?

At the moment, it seems you have to manually check that Abuse Reports in CMS Desk, or manually inspect the Event Log, to find if any reports have been created.

I have set Kentico to send me emails when things are recorded in the Event Log, which works fine, but when an Abuse Report is entered in the Event Log, it doesn't send an email.

This would be a lot easier than having to have someone regularly check manually if any reports have been created.

Thanks,

Steve

RE:Abuse Report Notifications
Hello Steve,

You could clone the Abuse reports web part and ensure sending notification e-mails by your custom code. It could be very similar to this sample:
http://devnet.kentico.com/docs/devguide/modifying_the_code_of_standard_web_parts.htm

However, I will suggest it as a new feature and we will consider it. Thank you.

Best regards,
