Additionally, the inclusion of featured events, products showcased, and calls to action based on user gating, is a way to see what this company has to offer.

SPAR group is an international retail chain and franchise with approximately 12,500 stores in 35 countries worldwide.
The project brief was to encourage existing TOPS at SPAR social media users to seek out and engage with valuable, fun content that is centred around party planning and entertaining guests at home. This includes the drinks calculator, party themes, drinking games and cocktail recipes as well as downloadable and printable invites to use for your party. Leveraging off standard repeaters and page templates really put the power directly in the hands of the design team and was also a really great way to use fun and catchy phrases around various sections of the site to create a running commentary that set the fun, friendly tone and atmosphere that the brand is known for. One component of the site that did require some custom development to be performed was the specials and store locator. This had to be integrated into the existing SPAR store data via their extranet where complex business rules needed to be considered.

Developed over a period of 3 months, ampcapital.com.au is the rebuild of an existing Kentico platform focussing on contextually relevant content delivery to multiple audiences. Each audience type has different product and service needs along with different compliance levels. As such, accuracy of delivery and ongoing efficiencies with content management were paramount. The site is fully responsive, has personalisation based on the visitor’s behaviour, makes full use of content staging, and uses Kentico scheduled tasks to integrate performance and data feeds. The site utilises a multi-server hosting environment at AWS with a focus on redundancy, uptime and performance. Additionally, all content managed within the CMS is also available on the iOS and Android apps.

Scope is a leading disability charity that exists to make the United Kingdom a place where disabled people have the same opportunities as everyone else.
A clear objective from Scope was to ensure an excellent user experience on all devices. By using responsive web design, MMT Digital have helped Scope to maximise donation potential, provide user friendly content and deliver improved site behaviour from Scope’s target audience. MMT Digital created a number of responsive widgets that Scope could access and implement when needed. These include call to action buttons, links, a Twitter feed, placeholders for photographs and many, many more content features. And the result? Since the site launched, Scope have reported a 17% increase in e-commerce conversion rates (the % of visits which resulted in a financial transaction), a 66.2% increase in the number of transactions for the entire site and the average donation value has increased by 36.4%. Scope have also seen a 58% increase in the proportion of returning mobile and tablet users and the average number of email sign ups has increased by almost 75% per month.

The Hereford and Worcester Chamber of Commerce (HWCC) won the prestigious ‘Chamber of the Year’ Award in 2013 and wanted a web presence that better reflected this status. The new site includes features to allow users to maintain their membership details, book places on Chamber events via a bespoke calendar tool and pay online for services. A crucial requirement for the Chamber was that this functionality needed to be integrated with their existing back-office system (Microsoft Dynamics) in order to streamline the management of the website and ensure both systems were continually up-to-date. The Chamber was also witnessing an increasing number of visitors from mobile devices, so the site needed to be mobile-friendly. We therefore employed responsive design in order to ensure the site worked perfectly on smartphones and tablets as well as desktop and laptop computers.

The Boston Housing Authority (BHA) is a public agency of the city of Boston, Massachusetts that provides subsidized public housing to low- and moderate-income families and individuals.
BHA project involved creating a web based pre-qualification application for the Boston Housing Authority to remedy the trend applicants have toward applying for all housing programs, regardless of appropriateness. During the website discovery and usability audit, Planeteria Media found that having to disqualify applicants from these obvious miss-matches creates countless loss in staff hours and tax dollars. This new system that was proposed, designed, and developed by Planeteria will save money and time for both the applicants and Boston Housing Authority staff.

It features a modern new design, improved user navigation and optimization for mobile and smart devices, and now provides an unrivalled information and support tool for members, those working in the built environment, clients and the public. Personalization and the broader user experience played a key part in this. They chose Kentico to support this approach and integrated the website into their existing CRM and built a bespoke e-commerce solution for them.
