Periodic web site backup

There are two approaches how to achieve the regular backup:

1. You could backup the database and the project folder. More information about database backup is for example here: technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/ms175477.aspx and about files/folders backup: www.microsoft.com/windowsxp/using/setup/learnmore/bott_03july14.mspx

2. You could create a custom scheduled task which would export the site.
