Keith Patton on Extensionless URLs in IIS 7.0

Although Kentico CMS comes with built-in extensionless URLs, this approach may be useful for those who want to use specifically IIS 7.0 Rewrite Module and to those who want to avoid duplicate URLs with/without a trailing slash.
