How to improve our technical support?
In this blog post I would like to ask you for some feedback on our technical support.
There are probably many things we can improve, but do you know about any areas which should be improved substantially? Of course, we should answer your tickets and issue more quickly – I can ensure you that we are doing our best and we are continuously getting even better. But this time, my focus is rather on the use of English, format and content of the answers (e-mail or phone), things you would like to be done in a different way, knowledge base and FAQ articles, etc.
