Extending project management functionality

There are 2 things we would like to be able to accomplish within the project management module: (1) attachments or file uploads for a project task, and (2) comments on a project task. Is there anyway we can accomplish this? If so, how do we go about implementing it?

If possible we'd like to add this to personal tasks as well.

Hi,

we plan to add this functionality to one of next versions.

In the current version you can customize Edit and List control which is used by this module. Both you can find here: ~/CMSModules/ProjectManagement/Controls/UI/ProjectTask/Edit.ascx.cs

These controls are called from the page ~/CMSModules/ProjectManagement/Pages/Tools/ProjectTask/Edit.aspx and List.aspx page.

If you find it useful, you can use our UserVoice or suggest a new feature directly for the development team and they will consider adding it in future versions of Kentico CMS.
