Hello.

By "Media Gallery" do you mean "Image gallery" or "Media libraries?" I suppose the "Media libraries" module. You can use only files for this module (http://devnet.kentico.com/docs/devguide/image_gallery_overview.htm), so you would need to download appropriate file from YouTube and than use it. Or you can use YouTube video web part for show YouTube video on Kentico page.
