I believe a nice feature would be the addition of a "Minimum Order Quantity" field to the product table. We have many items that we sell that require a minimum quantity to ensure a profit, this could be defaulted to 1. It would also be necessary to check against this minimum when the user tries to add items to the cart or update the quantities in the cart.
