Hello, The latest hotfix has the number 20. In your case you are running the hotfix version 13. Could you please try to apply the latest hotfix package? You don't have to apply all the packages since the hotfix package is cumulative. Best regards, Boris Pocatko

I was wondering where KIM gets the HotFix number which was applied to my application, not where Kentico stores the latest one in Brno :-). I upgraded Prod by running the SQL script and copying files from Pre-Prod and I thinks that KIM shows incorrect HotFix number of my produc...

Updating to Hotfix 3 solved the problem for me as well.
