Hello, The latest hotfix has the number 20. In your case you are running the hotfix version 13. Could you please try to apply the latest hotfix package? You don't have to apply all the packages since the hotfix package is cumulative. Best regards, Boris Pocatko

Updating to Hotfix 3 solved the problem for me as well.
