I continue to receive this error on our contact us page which has a biz form on it and have no idea on how to fix it. It generates between 20-50 error emails per day for me. Could this be because a bot is trying to submit the form? If so, is there a CAPTCHA webpart that can ...

Hello, Thank you for that. I've checked your html source code and you have the tags <body>, <html>, <title> defined multiple times, which can cause your issue, since the rendered html is invalid. Could you please try to correct that? Best regards, Boris Pocatko
