No experience but it seems you need to get an installation from WordBee first:
The Connector is part of the regular Kentico package and is installed using the "Import site and objects" functionality in Kentico. The plug-in adds a virtual translator ("wordbee Beebox") for use within Kentico.
That first line might sound like it's provided by Kentico out of the box, but than you wouldn't use the import module.
