Which property while creating forum will allow me for approval of creating a forum?

Which property while creating forum will allow me me to set permission for approval while creating a forum by a moderator or a adminstrator? I was creating a New forum post in the sample Corporate Site of Kentico. While doing this, I faced a problem, that , after creating the new forum by Andy username whichi is an editor, I was able to see the New forum post, and the permission for approval was not comming.... How to set it?

It seems like you have not configured the security of the forum properly. Could you please read up through this article and set up permissions accordingly?
