What is the next step (normally...)? on this Paypal adventure ?

Trying to understand the behavior on the (out of the box) paypal solution, like the coffee website e-commerce example. (Dancing Goat)

I've created another store, including the checkout section, including the shopping cart, the billing and review pages, like the example.

I've also added my data to the paypal section on Kentico configuration (settings and e-commerce), and selected as the only payment possible on my website.

My problem is, once the client is on the shopping section, after the 3rd step (review), the button which I think it's the one to redirect the customer to the paypal page, instead, redirects the customer to the 'thank you page', which btw, has on the url, an ID like 'o=43252015'... Paypal's page, never showed up on the transaction....

So, my question here is: I'm missing something ? what's supposed to happen after the review ? do I have to take care of the Paypal step, or this is what Kentico is supposed to do after a customer clicks the button ?

Thanks a lot guys !

I had an official reply from Kentico: There's one more step missing -> the payment page. You have to create this page too.

Juan,

I've never done that before, but I'd expect that Kentico redirects customer to the PayPal page, where he should login to his account. After successful authentication at PayPal it should take user back to confirmation, or whatever else page you have next in your checkout.

On the background Kentico should receive payment confirmation from PayPal and mark order as paid.

Thanks.

Yes Roman, that's what I think too. But this is not what I am getting from: after the review, there is no Paypal page at all, it is only the "Thank you" page I've created. Like if the Paypal parameters are non existing.
