Upgrade 11 to 12

In the kentico site upgrade 10 to 11 it's completed.

We are again planning to upgrade 11 to 12.

We need to some fix hotfix or directly do in upgrade 11 to 12?

Nope. You upgrade to 12 and then hotfix. No need to hotfix 11.
