UI Personalization is not working after upgrade from 7.0.55 to 8.0

The UI Personalization App does not work after upgrading from 7.0.55 to 8.0 and it is affecting the functionality of App: Modules -> User interfase, Roles -> [Role name] -> UI Personalization

We followed all upgrading instructions pdf, we did the procedure upgrade automatically and manual, and the result is the same for both procedures.

We ran the macro signature and we enabled UI personalization in system settings and we did the object import inside the CMS too like you says in the instructions.

Just a thought: make sure modules are assigned to your site.

Having same issue on version 10. Already checked the Modules as posted previously and they all check out. How was this ever solved?
