Sytem Table Alternate form Submit Button text

is it possible to change the text of a submit button for an alternate form on a system table? Currently it just says "Ok", I would like it to say "Save Changes"

Hello,

Thank you for your message.

To have a custom label for the submit button on my profile you would have to create a custom webpart. Only the default "OK" text is available on the button when added through the alternative forms section.

That's what I figured... I was able to overwrite it with javascript
