Site was stopped when popup visual debug open

Some our sites using CMS kentico k8,k9,k10 often stop response because a popup debug w3wp.exe open Popup image: https://prntscr.com/o7sz4r

This is for IIS 6.2, window server 2012 R2, It work fine in my local computer (window 10, IIS 10)

I looking for a way to disable debugging in our server or get exactly the problem in source code
