I'm afraid this is not possible. You'll need to implement your custom control if you want to edit SKUs on the live site.
Usually there are certain individuals responsible for doing this type of things, so this might be worth granting them with access to Kentico admin and configuring appropriate permissions, doing UI personalization, so they'll have only features they need.
