Shipping to selected countries

Hi.

Is there a way how to limit the countries to which we ship? Therefore to limit the countries available in shipping and/or billing address in eCommerce module.

Does this vary by which product is selected? For example: If product A is selected and california is the state, then don't allow it, but if product B is selected and California is the state, then allow it.

Will this be for the whole cart, or specific products?
