I would to add new field into "Send To Friend" Webpart. FirstName: LastName:

Coudl you help to provide me the way how to add them into web part?

I would recommend to clone the web part and make the change in the clone to not customize default Kentico files. The original location of the web part is \CMSWebParts\Viewers\Documents\SendToFriend.ascx(.cs).
