Secured Pages

Hello, I'm trying to restrict users to a page, but when users try to access the restricted page, they get an error and the user does not see the page to type in the username and password, like it says in the document https://docs.xperience.io/managing-users/configuring-permissions/configuring-page-permissions/page-level-permissions-acls# , section 'Creating authenticated sections'

What error do you get? Any details about it in the Event Log?

What version and Development model are you using Portal or MVC?

How did you configure the restriction? By user or Role?

Hello, David !

As soon as I mark the page as "requires authentication" to "yes" I cannot access it anymore (error http 401), even it use the impersonate to a kentico user that has full control.

I'm new at Kentico development, but I need to user the latest version Kentico 13 Core Mvc

So, the restriction was configured by user

David, what about those models, Porta or MVC. What model is this Portal ?
