The attachment is not shown in your questions, but did you read this article of Brian McKeiver : Scheduled Task Execution Troubleshooting.

Hopefully this will help you figuring out what is going wrong in your situation.

Is the site domain name set in Sites > (edit your site) > General set as the domain you are using? Are you sure that the right entries have been made to the hosts file in C:\windows\system32\drivers\etc\hosts (map your domain to your local ip address)?

Thank you Laura I did it, but it not affected

I upgraded my site from version v7.0.58 to v7.0.103 and issue happened after that, I tried to setup my backup version v7.0.58 and I found scheduled tasks there are running on v7.0.58 Could you help me to check is there some reason make them different after upgrading and where can be the reason that make scheduled tasks are not running after upgrading, I followed the guide from Kentico to upgrade 1 by 1 version like 58 -> 59 -> 60 … -> 103

I see from the images that the host is 64.122.xxx.xxx:80 if you are sure that the host file has that ip address pointing to the domain name that was set in your Kentico site, and the issue happened after an upgrade I would contact support about it.

for anybody else that is interested, the images above are at:
