Registering custom page template by controller type?

Hi,

According to the Xperience 13 documentation it should still be possible to register custom page templates through the controller's type. However, the RegisterPageTemplate attribute has no support for it. If I work with basic page templates and properties when it works fine. That's however not what I want.

I'm using 13.0.1.0 with .NET 5.0 by the way... Any help is much appreciated!
