Recorded Data Tab and Other Tabs Missing from "Forms" Module After Upgrade

I upgraded Kentico from 8.2 -> 12.0.15 and now all of the tabs inside my forms are missing other than "code" and "versions." There are ususally a bunch of tabs to check "recorded data" "general" "form builder" etc. Now, they're mysteriously missing. Is there some option that got overwritten? Oddly enough, in one of my other environments, it's working fine. The code base is the same, but the databases are slightly different.

What should I check?

Try resigning all macro's in the System module

Did you do Steps after performing the upgrade? I beleive it is either Resigning all the macros or clear browser cache, but follow the documentation.

It was the macros! I signed them immediately after the app loaded; they must have gotten unsigned somehow, maybe a code change.
