I am using from cmseditor account. i think maybe this is the issue.CMS modules permission is not affecting properly.because in may dev envirnment its working fine with administrator account.

Can you Please attached screenshot do i need the full permission for the same.

Hi,

is it working when you use the Administrator account?

If it works on development you probably are just missing one or more DLL's or a wrong version (recently did a upgrade?).

If you're up for it I'd say just deploy all .dll files again to see if that was the issue (create backup first). After which you can figure out which one you missed.
