Page Builder Cache

Michael Legacy asked on October 24, 2019 19:57

Just a general question. We have noticed that occasionally when saving changes made on the page builder, those changes won't show on the front-end for multiple minutes. It doesn't seem to be Browser cache, because switching to a new browser or going incognito doesn't work. The only thing we can do is wait.

I've searched for ways to clear this cache and can't find anything. I know you can clear System cache via "Configuration -> System", but this does nothing.

Any other way to clear this cache?

Do you have your web farm setup correctly? If both sites don't show under web farm then it won't clear the cache on the MVC site from the Mother.

As far as I know we do, this is locally and a few developers share a database, which I guess could cause some of the issues?

Your license most likely only allows 2 servers (1 MVC and 1 CMS) each time a developer connects to the database it will try to register a new web farm, so its not going to sync the clear cache across all those machines.

You can recycle IIS as one way to clear the cache.
