Are you developing or a CMS end user?

You are missing this open in new tab on the live site?

What are you using for this settings? On a Web Part / Widget / Page?

What is used for rendering the link? A Web Part / Widget / custom user control?

It's probably an issue on the implementation side? Without knowing more it's hard to resolve. Can you contact whoever build it?

If not does it work on other pages? Perhaps share a screenshot here of the configuration in Kentico (you may remove sensitive data).

Yeah that looks very implementation specific.

Although it seems you have developer access (I see the Design tab in your screenshot) I'm not sure guiding you through those settings is the way to go.

Does it work on other pages? Than perhaps you can compare the two pages and see what is different content wise...

Meaning that it looks like something specific that is specifically build for your site.

So without looking through it all I can do is guess whatever the person who build it did.

I would suggest to contact a Local Kentico partner that can help you out, because making any changes on the Design tab can potentially break your whole site.
