off-line mode redirect url redirects multimple times

Hi there

When I try configure Off-line mode and select "Redirect visitors to the following URL" to redirect visitors to a custom 503 maintenance page, it throws an error in the browser caused by too many redirects and the url looks like this https://examplewebsitename.com/503/503/503/503/503

Any suggestions to prevent the multiple redirects or an idea on why so many redirects are happening?

Hi, you probably redirect it to a specific page on that site? You can't redirect to a page in the site your taking offline.

It's meant for redirect all traffic to another site or a page outside of the Kentico site.

So for instance have domain1.com

offline mode can be

domain2.com/offline
domain1.com/offline.html (another physical page file you have on disk that's not processed by the Kentico system)
subDomain.domain1.com (different application)
