I could see that when click on "Add User", the dialogue box will appear and show the full name of the users. Is it possible to arrange the user with the "User name"

Are you using User Selector form control? Try to use Uni Selector with cms.user object, so you should be able to show any single field you need.

Hi. I am using Kentico 5.5 R2. Does it able to be changed to the uniselector? Apart from that can you give me a file path that I have to perform the change. Thanks for the help.
