New Form Fields For Customer Not Displaying In Customer Application

Using Kentico v9

I've customized the Customer class by adding some new fields we would like to capture. I've done this at Modules > E-commerce > Customer. I would like the new fields to be displayed when viewing a customer. The fields are marked "Display field in the editing form" but do not appear. I tried to customize the layout by editting the Customer > Alternative forms > General Properties layout. I can add the fields to the layout, but they do not appear. Using the 'automatically generated form layout' adds them to the layout, but they do NOT appear in the customer edit screen. Am I missing a step, or is this a bug?

I guess I know the solution. I suppose your custom fields are at the end of the list of fields right? If so, please move them up to Customer details section or create a new section for them. The problem is the Additional contacts section is marked as hidden.

I moved them up and they appeared. Decided to create a new category and that looks even better.
