Moving Custom Settings Keys

Here is some documentation of how to deal with custom settings.

If you go to Modules -> Particular module settings belong to -> Settings -> navigate a setting you want to move in settings tree -> open General tab -> change parent category you'd like a setting to appear under.

Thank you for your reply. This is fine if you want to move all of the settings keys to a particular parent. But I would like to move individual settings keys to a new parent? Is this easily possible?

So the hierarchy is following: Setting page, the page could contain setting groups and each group could contain setting keys.

You could move keys between groups and groups between pages.

You need to create a separate group for the setting key you wish to move, move the setting key to the newly created group and then move a group to another page.
