Media Library showing different content depending on browser

Hello! See screenshot below. Can you tell me what's going on here? The content of my Media Library is dependent on which web browser I am using to view it. In Chrome, a folder in my Media Library shows 6 images. In IE 11, this same folder contains only 3 images.

What could be happening here?

It seems the caching issue in different browser.

I recommend you to perform below actions.

  1. Restart your application/IIS.

  2. Clear cache from kentico admin dashboard Configuration > System. adaaa

  3. Clear cache for your web browser IE 11.0.49.

Do you by any chance use two (or more) Web Farms? Perhaps syncing between the them isn't working properly or was still pending...
